Returns

Return Policy:

  • In order for item(s) to be accepted, all returned items must have original tags attached.
  • Returned item(s) must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Returned item(s) must be postmarked within 20 days from ship date.
  • You will not be refunded for any shipping costs.
  • Sale items are not eligible for returns.

 

Return Instructions:

If you wish to return an item, please follow the below steps:

  • Refer to our return policy to ensure your item(s) meet(s) the requirements.
  • Complete the back of the card that was included with your order and include the completed card in the package with your unwanted item(s).  Please note, you may use the same package in which your item(s) arrived, or you may use a different secure package.
  • Ship the package to the address marked on the original package.  If you no longer have the original packaging, please contact us via email.  Please note, you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returned item(s).

 

Refunds:

  • Once your return package is received by us, we will send you an email notifying you of the status of your returned item(s).  If item(s) is/are approved, you will receive a refund of the amount you paid for the returned item(s).
  • Refunds will be issued within 15 days from the date we receive your returned item(s).  During holidays, refunds may take longer than 15 days to be fulfilled.  If you do not receive a refund after this time frame, please contact us at    customerservice@emtiqued.com

 

Please Note:

  • Sale items are not eligible for returns.  If a sale item is shipped back to us as a return, we will not accept the item, and you will be responsible for any and all fees of shipping the item back to you.
  • Emtiqued is not responsible for any items lost during returns.
  • Any and all returned items that do not meet the return policy will be refused.  As a result, the item(s) will be shipped back to you, and you will be responsible for any and all fees of shipping the item(s) back to you.
  • Emtiqued is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once tracking information reports the package(s) have been delivered to the provided address.
  • Return policy is subject to change.
